Everything between an idea and an app people keep
Three services, almost always run together — we build the app, get it listed and discovered, then keep tuning the growth engine once it's live.
App Development
We build the utility, not just the interface
What we actually build
We design and build utility applications — cleaners, optimisers, file managers, battery savers, AI-assisted tools — as native iOS and Android apps, or as cross-platform builds where that's genuinely the better fit for the product. The interface is only ever half the job; the other half is making sure the tool actually does what it claims to, fast, on a device that isn't brand new.
Why it ships in stages
Every release is benchmarked against older, lower-spec hardware before it ships, because a utility app that lags has already failed at its one job — no amount of design polish fixes that. You get a working version at each milestone, not a single reveal at the end.
- Scoping
- Feature spec, technical plan and timeline
- Design
- UI/UX for the target platforms
- Engineering
- Native or cross-platform build
- QA
- Tested across real device tiers, not just simulators
- Rollout
- Staged submission to the App Store
Growth & ASO Marketing
Getting an app built is half the job
Getting found is the other half
The other half is getting it found. We run that as a continuous loop — testing what a store listing says, who it reaches, and which pitch actually turns a browsing user into an install — rather than a one-off campaign that stops once it launches.
What we actually measure
We report on the numbers that matter for retention, not just install volume: cost per retained user, day-7 and day-30 retention, and store conversion rate broken down by keyword and screenshot set. If a campaign is driving installs that don't stick, we treat that as a problem to fix, not a number to report and move past.
- ASO
- Keywords, listing copy and screenshots tuned to convert
- Paid UA
- Managed campaigns across major ad networks
- Creative testing
- A/B tested icons, screenshots and preview video
- Reporting
- Retention-weighted results, reviewed monthly
AI & Automation
AI that does the sorting, not the talking
AI that saves a step
We build the AI-powered features that make a utility app smarter without making it heavier, always aimed at saving someone a task they'd otherwise do by hand — not a chat window bolted onto an app that didn't need one.
Why some of it stays on-device
Where it makes sense, we run models on-device to keep response times instant and avoid sending personal files to a server unnecessarily — a deliberate design decision, made early, rather than a privacy notice added later to cover for a choice we didn't need to make.
- Assistants
- Predictive suggestions and smart notifications
- Automation
- Scheduled cleanup and optimisation
- Detection
- Duplicate and junk file identification
- Privacy
- On-device processing wherever the feature allows it
No published price list — every engagement is quoted
Work is scoped and priced in writing before it starts, so you know what you are paying for and when. Here is how billing runs on each type of engagement.
- Written quote first
- Scope, deliverables, timeline and fees are agreed in writing before any work begins. A quote stays an estimate until we confirm it in writing.
- Projects
- Development work is billed against agreed milestones as they are delivered, not in a single payment up front.
- Retainers
- Growth, ASO and AI engagements are billed monthly, in advance, and can be ended with 30 days' written notice.
- Advertising spend
- Paid media within a retainer is passed through at cost and invoiced separately from our management fee — we do not mark it up.
- Payment terms
- Invoices are due within 14 days unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellations and refunds are covered in full by our Refund Policy, and the wider commercial terms in our Terms of Use.
